Financial Responsibility, Insurance and Fees
The Individual Integrative Oncology Counseling Sessions and small group seminars are offered on a fee-for-service basis. Payment must be made prior to the visit or class.
The services offered through this program are uncovered services by Medicare and insurance plans. They are education oriented. The Simms/Mann – UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology does not participate in any managed care contracts or covered health plans. As a result, we do not file claims for the services with any health care insurer.
These services are non-covered services and, thus, not reimbursable. Patients receive a receipt for the services.
Fees
The following fees are charged for each of the services:

$350 - Individualized Integrative Oncology Counseling Session/Wellness Assessment

$150 per person - Small Group Educational Seminar/Class (Limited to 6 people)
