Visiting Reflections
Where is Reflections located?
We are located in the 200 UCLA Medical Plaza building on the first floor, Suite 163, between the patient elevators and the Radiology Department.
How do I get there?
From the 405 Freeway: Exit at Wilshire Blvd and go east. At Westwood Blvd, turn north (left). UCLA campus begins just after Le Conte Avenue. After passing through the intersection of Le Conte and Westwood Blvd, proceed to the first light. There will be three medical buildings on the left (100, 200 & 300 Medical Plazas). Turn left at the light (West) and follow the signs for parking for the 200 Medical Plaza building. Enter the building on the first floor and ask for directions at the Information Desk or follow the signs for Reflections. Parking is $8.00 for the day and is payable upon entry. Parking is also available adjacent to the University in Westwood Village. There are several lots close to campus as well as metered street parking.
Do I need an appointment?
You do not have to have an appointment; however, we recommend that you call in advance so that we can assess your insurance coverage and set aside time to spend with you. Your visit will be quicker and more efficient. We are open Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and until 6 PM one evening per month (the night of our Insight Into Cancer Series lecture, which is free and open to the public). We are closed on University holidays and on some days for administrative purposes. Feel free to call and verify our hours.
