An $18 million commitment from the Simms/Mann Family Foundation, led by Dr. Victoria Mann Simms and Ronald Simms, will support UCLA’s expansion of integrative psychosocial care for people facing cancer and their families into communities throughout Southern California.
This is the lead gift in a new campaign to create a $50 million endowment for the center that will help sustain and expand its essential services, many of which are provided free of charge to patients and their loved ones. The Foundation’s commitment includes a gift-matching fund of $6 million, to inspire other philanthropists to support the center’s vital work. Each gift to the endowment campaign will be generously matched by the Foundation at 20%, until the $6 million fund is complete. Please make a gift now to ensure the center remains a key resource for generations to come.
