This workshop will engage you in learning and practicing stress-reduction skills that you can use at any time.
This two-part experiential workshop will review ways of managing stress that can come with a cancer diagnosis, whether you have been recently diagnosed, are in active treatment, or in survivorship. We will practice accessible stress-reduction and relaxation techniques that you can use at any time. Please join us for this two-part educational and interactive series, open to UCLA oncology patients and their loved ones.
